Breaking New Ground: SRS Expands with Denver Office

The secret’s out - Student-Ready Strategies is opening up a new office location in Denver, Colorado! Serving institutions and students often means meeting them where they are, both figuratively and literally. As we continue to grow our work in western states, having offices in both Denver and Indianapolis will help us meet that commitment.

However, the new office is only one aspect of SRS’s recent growth. We added three new team members in June, each in a different time zone, with a fourth joining us this month. Through partnerships with organizations like the American Indian Higher Education Consortium and projects like Multilingual Learners of English Pathways with WestEd and the Texas Success Center, we are engaging with new networks of institutions and content areas.

It is also a mark of our growth as an organization that we have become increasingly sophisticated in how we quantify our impact. Our footprint includes work in 33 states and one US territory, support for 465 institutions, including 187 minority-serving institutions and 303 community colleges, and transformational change for the nearly 5 million students annually attending the institutions we have served.

The future holds even more promise. Through strategic investments and innovations, we have created what we believe to be the best online resource available to support structural change in colleges and universities. ConstellationEd turns the concept of a toolkit on its head: going beyond a static document of examples and templates into an interactive and responsive capacity support for busy professionals, facilitating change management and doing a lot of the work for them. We now have even more flexibility to craft and customize support for institutions, blending high-touch support and self-directed work in the way that works best for each institution. Adding this resource alongside our trusted technical assistance model will facilitate more inclusive engagement across campuses, greater accountability for improving student outcomes, and the ability to support meaningful change at more institutions, ultimately reaching even more of the students we serve.
